An invitation to experience Hawaii the way it used to be.The Hawaiiana theme has been kept in the renovation of the Estate's three houses.Eighty five per cent of the one acre oceanfront property continues to be devoted to open space, lawns, and gardens.
Thank you Evans Family for making your Estate available for others to enjoy for vacations and events. We told friends who are familiar with Keauhou Bay. They said there is no Estate next to the Sheraton. Then we invited them to see for themselves. It is so hidden by the rock wall, gate, and vegetation, you would not know it is there. This is the best kept secret in Hawaii.— Brad and Amy Flaherty, San Francisco
Although the Estate is 70 years old, it is redone with all modern amenities while keeping with feeling of old Hawaii. The charm of the houses, and the spacious gardens and lawns up to the water's edge are what make this place so unique.— Ted and Christine Page, Denver
The balmy breezes and beauty of this Estate , made us not want to leave. With 3 houses and spacious lawns, we certainly had privacy and hardly wanted to go out. But we took advantage of the many activities close by. During our stay we were between 8 and 16. Thank you.— Ronan and Kathy Caldwell, Boston
